Authentic
All SSW staff and volunteers are committed Christians, and members of local churches. Every representative is dedicated to offering all staff and pupils an opportunity to consider the claims of Christianity in relatable ways that reflect their own personal experience.
Collaborative
SSW will always seek to work in conjunction with the staff of partner schools, delivering content that aligns with their establishment values. We constantly review our delivery, and seek feedback that enables us to evaluate, adapt and improve.
Creative
Every element of our delivery is regularly reviewed, and we seek to incorporate fresh and relevant ideas and methods wherever we can. Consistent feedback and interaction with partner schools offers multiple opportunities to find new ways to present and engage. We are especially determined to provide interactivity in all our delivery, allowing opportunities for pupils to be immersed in whatever subject is being addressed.
Faith-Filled
All our representatives are committed Christians, and our faith in Jesus forms the foundation of our enthusiasm to engage with staff and pupils across the borough, seeking to provide opportunities for anyone to consider the claims of Christianity for themselves. We pray regularly together for our work, as do most of the churches of Sutton, and hundreds of individual believers around the borough actively engage in prayerful support on a consistent basis.
