We have BIG plans for 2026 and we need your help! This year we are aiming to:
- Continue to maintain and expand our Primary Schoolswork provision so that more children can hear about the amazing person of Jesus through workshops, assemblies and more!
- Employ a full-time Secondary Schoolswork Lead who can grow our Secondary Schoolswork provision so that young people have opportunities to explore what a relationship with Jesus may look like to them and how it can change their life.
If you are willing to give £1 a month, this can only be done via a one-off payment of £12, which can be repeated annually.

Who are we?
Sutton Schoolswork is a Christian Charity that is passionate about supporting students in Sutton to understand and explore Christianity and to develop spiritually, morally and socially. Within the London Borough of Sutton there are 45 Primary schools and 15 Secondary schools and we aim to support all those schools in a variety of ways. The team consists of Abby Bryon (Primary Schools Assemblies Leader & Primary Schools Support Worker), Maisie Cromie (Primary Schoolswork Lead) and Simon Ellingham (Secondary Schoolswork Lead as well as Director of SSW). They also work closely with local churches to provide and support events for children and young people.
What is our goal?
Our goal to gather 5000 believers to contribute at least £1 a month, which will then enable us to continue to provide help to all the schools of the borough to support their pupils in discovering more about the person of Jesus Christ, and to explore His claims and those of His followers. We are committed to giving every child and young person in the borough a chance to find out what He said and did, and encourage them to understand His core message and to want to know more.
Primary Schoolswork
Maisie, Abby & the amazing team of Primary Volunteers run half termly assemblies as well as a wide range of workshops, which allow children to not only hear stories from the Bible, but to consider what the teaching means for them and reflect on how a relationship with Jesus could change their life.
Secondary Schoolswork
Simon and the dedicated team of Secondary Volunteers run Christian Unions in many secondary schools across Sutton as well as running assemblies and teaching RE & PSHE lessons on a wide range of topics that feature in KS3 and KS4 curriculums borough-wide. By representing an openly Christian organisation, Simon, Beca and the team can teach lessons from a personal Christian perspective, which in turn allows many young people across the borough of Sutton to consider what being a Christian could mean for them as individuals.

Thank you so much for support and generosity. We couldn’t do it without you!
